Description

Yelakki bananas are a type of banana that are 3–4 inches long, have a thin skin, and a shorter shelf life than other bananas. They are also known as Elaichi bananas in North India.
The plants are medium tall, slender, and bear dark green fruits that turn golden yellow. The fruits are firm, powdery, tasty, and highly fragrant.
